Why should I rent a vehicle?It's on of the best antidotes to daily stressors in life. Have to the time of your life with your family and friends.

Are reservations required?We highly recommend reservations so your desire vehicle and time slots are available.

How old do I have to be to rent?You must be 21 or older to rent our vehicles.

Can I keep the vehicle at my property if I rent for more than one day?Yes you are allowed to keep the vehicle in areas that are safe.

Is it California law that drivers and passengers must wear a helmet in Slingshots?Yes, California law requires that both drivers and passengers must wear helmets at all time when driving slingshots.

Does Xtreme Rentals provide helmets for the Utvs and Slingshots?Yes, we provide helmets free of charge for our customers.

Do I have to fill up the tank?All units start with a full tank of PREMIUM fuel. At the end of the rental, units must be refueled with PREMIUM fuel upon return. If the customer decides not to refuel upon return, there is a fee of $50 per unit not refueled.

Do I have to have Full Coverage Insurance?Yes, as a way of verifying our customers you must have full coverage automobile insurance and bring a copy of your automobile insurance card with you. We may also call the insurance company and verify your coverage in the store.

What payment methods do you accept?We only accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment.

Can I cancel a reservation and receive a refund?Customers will receive a full refund if cancellation is given 72 hours before time of rental. Customers will receive a rain check or a gift certificate to use at a future time if booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before time of rental. This rain check/gift certificate policy still stands during any unforeseen situations during the timeframe within the 72 hour time limit. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Cancellations must be done over the phone or in person.
